Hello,

 

I have recently installed the latest version of LabVIEW, DAQmx, drivers, etc. Everything needed to use a cDAQ with LabVIEW 2020 32-bit.

 

However, for some reason, NI MAX shows this:

I cannot access any of the cards in the cDAQ, however, when I connect it to another computer with the same version of LabVIEW, it works fine.

 

Can any please help get this to work? I have uninstalled LabVIEW and reinstalled, reset the NI-MAX configuration twice, all to no avail.

I don't think it's supported any more:

Devices and Modules No Longer Supported in NI-DAQmx 17.6 and Later 

EDIT: oops, it refers to cDaq 9172, not 9174.  But it may be that they are in the same "family".
