Is there a way using Labview to animate a simple planar mechanism consisting of several mechanical linkages?

I am thinking it can be done by plotting multiple points on a graph control and a line between (to represent the rigid bodies) but I am hoping there is someone who can point me in the direction of a more elegant solution within Labview's capabilities!

You may need 'Robotics module' for other examples.

The key point is '3D picture control' and 'kinematics'.

There's an example that ships with LabVIEW.

Open the example finder and search for the following example:
