Is it possible to load arduino api into labview?

I have an api of a sensor and planing to use the sensor in myrio.Any ways to use to sensor's arduino api in labview and myrio?

Short answer: You can but the myRIO is much more powerful than an Arduino, so it may be better to make your own. Can you give more detailed information in regards to your problem?

I agree you should just take the sensor reading in the Myrio.  That being said you should be able to plugin an Arduino and get a VISA device in the Myrio.  From there you should be able to use LIFA or LINX to control that hardware.  I've never tested this but I do know that the Linux RT OS that is on the Myrio should populate the device.  There might be a reason these toolkits don't work on a Myrio but I can't think of one.
