Is it possible to generate pulses with USB 8451 apart from clock pulses

Hi!!

I have an application where am using USB 8451 for I2C communication. In my application apart from the SCL, I have to generate pulses.

Is possible to generate the pulses?? If yes could some one guide how to do it??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
