My old computer is running windows98, and using Labivew 5.1. My DAQ board is PCI 6023E. Now I plan to upgrade the computer to windows 2000/xp and runing Labview 7.1. My concern is: Will my DAQ board be compatible with Labivew 7.1?
DAQ boards are not compatible to LabVIEW. They are compatible to the DAQ driver software. The latest versions are DAQmx version 8 and traditional NI-DAQ 7.4. Your board is supported by both. You can check the list at http://www.ni.com/support/daq/versions_pci_pxi.htm. I don't remember which versions of either come with 7.1 but you can always download the latest.
