Ip paramters are inconsistent

Hi,

I am a beginner in LabVIEW, I use a sbRIO 9627 board for a few weeks, I ran simple programs and it went well.

Today, I could not do anything, an error appears as indicated by the image file attached.

I accessed the NI-MAX I found that my board is connected but it is written that "the IP parameters are inconsistent" (see the attached screenshot).

What should I do to solve this?

thank you in advance

It sounds like the port on your PC to which you are connecting to the sbRIO have a set of TCP/IP settings that are inconsistent with the setting of your sbRIO.  They should probably be on the same sub-net, which (depending on your sub-net mask) means the first two or three octets of the IP addresses should be the same (or "close").

Hi Bob_Schor

thank you for replying 🙂

yes, but i could not change the IP adress !!

in the setting of Network ,it says that the Netwrok is not identified !! (see the file )

in the second file the IP adress of sbRIO 9627 I'm using , is static and can not be changed.

Hi Karim_Eng,

The article below has some troubleshooting steps when you encounter that error:
