A quick question concerning Labview version packages. I used to use a Labview version 5 with the "Internet developer Toolkit". I would like to know if the Internet Developer Toolkit has been included in later version of Labview (6.0 and 6.1) or still has to be purchased as a different package.

It seems to be a seaprate product. You can check at this location
The Internet Developers Toolkit is not included as part of LabVIEW 6.0 or 6.1. The toolkit,version 5.0, must still be purchased separately, but will work with LabVIEW 6.0 or 6.1.
