I have been working for the last few months with Labview on a windows laptop that has now gone belly up. I now have a MacBook and want to run the software and use the VI's I had saved previously. My issue is now that I install the new version on the Mac OS I then want to get control design and simulation add on as some of my programs don't work. It says that it will only have the 2018 version but I didn't purchase as it is a 2 semester course from college. Should I uninstall and then download the 2017 version and then add the add-on or what else can I do?
