Should I uninstall all components LabView 8.20 before install LV 8.21 ?

 Hmmm so, I think that uninstall old version and install new after will be better.

I would recommend uninstalling LabVIEW 8.2 before installing 8.2.1. Though upgrading from LabVIEW 8.2 to version 8.2.1 is generally not a problem, there is a known issue where performing this upgrade without uninstalling can cause some linear algebra functions to operate incorrectly.
