Hello,

Could you clarify "Running the LV Application".??? Does this happen when you launch LabVIEW ...or a specific VI..??
Have you tried running any Vi..??

We can run our labview application which contains many VIs for about 30 minutes before windows indicates the error message and shutsdown. We tried another Dell computer with XP and had the same problem. We currently are running another brand of computer with XP and so far it has been fine.

It appears the problem is isolated to the new Dell systems running XP.

How is your application architected? Are you making calls to DLLs using a Call Library Function Node? It might be that for some reason some of the components for your application were installed correctly on the Dell computers. I would suggest that you try some other application and make sure whether the issue is with your application or LabVIEW installation.

We're having a similar problem:  nixsrk.dll, Windows XP, Dell PC.  The only difference is that we're using Labview 8.1.    Have you identified a solution to the problem?  If so, please advise.

We switched to an e-machine running windows XP and did not have any more problems. We had a total of 3 machines running the same program. Originally, we had 2  earlier models of Dells running XP and did not have any problems. When we needed the 3rd machine we went back to Dell but the earlier model was discontinued so we purchased one that replaced the earlier model and it could not run the Labview program without locking up. We ended up with 2 earlier Dells and an e-machine.
