Installation failed due to Skyline RabbitMQ

I'm trying to install LabVIEW 2020 on a fresh PC (No previous history of NI software on this machine). I know that there is documentation out there about how to overcome this issue, but its 5pm and I would like to finish work.

This is just a rant - its nonsense that this is still an issue after all these years. Absolutely ludicrous display NI/Emerson.

You try to install a version that is 4 years old and complain that it is still an issue "after all these years"! If you install a later version you do not have that problem.

A simple query on Google for "LabVIEW 2020 Rabbit MQ" would have given you the answer in less time than it took to write above message.
