Index 2D Array

Hello guys i have a issue

i have the data results on a table 2D array, called "Results from test".

but i want to fetch the information of the table with the "PWA number" and get all the results matched with that number on a 2D subarray

Right now i only can get the information of the table only 1 row of the all column,

but i want to get the all the results matched with that input instring on 2D array on a subarray matched.
