Inactive License Error

When attempting to open the Calibration Executive application the following error is observed:

"The status of your Calibration Executive license is inactive. Please activate the appropriate version of CalExec in the NI License Manger."

 

This is not an issue we have come across before and are not sure how to begin to remedy the problem.

Hi HMontes,

 

did you check that license in your NI LicenseManager?

In case you already did: did you call NI to discuss any problems with your software license (like you should do anyway)?
