Implementation of FFT on Accelerometer (IPC) data for NI NODE WSN-3202

Hi, 

I am having NI Node 3202 from which Accelerometer (IPC) is connected .I made a VI  for doing FFT on Accelerometer data as its having very high frequency data and NODE 3202 can receive1sample/sec.So how can I do FFT on that.I am storing some samples then displaying on graph.Still graph is not in a proper FFT spectrum.

It will explain why you cannot do what you want to do.
