I use Tektronix AFG3052 function generator sending pulses, and monitor them on a scope. It worked correctly configuring waveforms and setting edges, but can't issue an immediate software trigger.
Attached is a modified VI, based on example from the AFG3000 library, and FG screen capture. After running the VI, FG displays message "Waiting for Trigger (Ch1)". If I press "Manual" button in Trigger section, the scope captures the burst. I need a software command to start immediate burst without manual operation. Appreciate your inputs on how to implement this.

gregoryj and Minions, thank you very much for your inputs.
I tried more and realized the Enable Burst.vi did act as an immediate trigger. There were confusions earlier when I placed the vi at the beginning of my sequence, and it triggered periodically.
