Im in trouble and I have a problem and error. Please HELP ME!!

I have to run this subvi. I have a problem with this. Can you see what's wrong? What does this diagram tell us?
Here is the error:

What does your script do?
The problem is in it.

I forget exactly how .bat files throw an error 2, but isn't it similar to how you get an error 2 by using system exec without the cmd /c?  Like maybe you have to include that in the .bat file?
