Hi All,

I want to Interface NI ISM 7413 stepper motor with the LabVIEW.

Do I need to have a separate I/O device for interfacing or can it be directly connected to PC?

If it can be connected directly to PC, how do I interface stepper motor driver with the LabVIEW?

In the manual, they talk about NI Stepper configuration utility software. But couldn't find it on NI/downloads. Could you please help

You need a driver: NI-Motion

Be aware that step motor is going to obsolete by the end of June.

It's a "smart" motor, has controller built-in.  You can connect to it directly without other device.
