IMAQ or IMAQdx with CameraLink

Hello,

I am using a camera system composed of a PCle-1437 frame grabber which is Cameralink connected. Normally it is working as IMAQ but I would be interested in switching to IMAQdx because I need some features as a timestamp that IMAQ does not have integrated. I know CameraLink can work with IMAQdx and both drivers are installed and recognized by the computer, but still is working with IMAQ. Is there any way to switch to IMAQdx without installing the IMAQ driver?

Hello, aromanillos.

Because you are using NI-Vision Acquisition software, it's installing both drivers manually and you can't use one without other.
