I want to save data in time basis in a file.

My version of LabView is 5.1. I would like to save the same data in a period time of 1ms for example. I want to write data in a file at the same time period, wherever my VI is. How can I do ? thanks for your answers.
Cyril.

To give a specific answer, I'll need a little more information, like: How much data are you wanting to save? What format is the data it? What format do you need it saved in? Where is the data coming from? How long will the application be acquiring data?

In the mean time, there are several examples that ship with LV demonstrating streaming-to-disk operations with DAQ. They might get you pointed in the right direction.

I want to save just one or two data from a vector of double-type variable. I want to be able to save them and write them in a x-axis-time figure.
If this can help you for help me after, thank you.

LV should be able to do this with no trouble. The datalogging examples will show how to read data and log it. As the data comes in, are you wanting to plot the data as well? Again, there are graphing examples that show how to build XY plots.
