I cannot see execution target for CVS 1456 FPGA

I am trying to use FPGA on  NI CVS 1456. My Remote FPGA Device Does Not Appear in the LabVIEW Execution

Target List(compile only is the only one that appears) so I checked the link below. I did everything in the link but the FPGA device is still compile only.

<compile only> is still the only option available for FPGA. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Software required in CVS:
LabVIEW RT 7.1 or later
NI 1450 RT 1.1.0 or later
NI-RIO 1.1.0 or later
NI-IMAQ for IEEE 1394 Cameras 1.5.2 or later

I have the following on CVS 1456:
LabVIEW RT 7.1
NI 1450 RT 1.1.0
NI-RIO RT 1.3.0
NI-IMAQ for IEEE 1394 RT 2.0.0

Note:
NI-RIO RT 1.3.0 is the same on my PC and on CVS 1456.

It may be possible that you would see this if you do not have LabVIEW RT 7.1 installed on your Host PC.  Are you able to target your CVS as a Real Time target?  Also, if you may try updating the RIO software to NI-RIO 2.0 found at the link below.
