I can't format my sbRIO 09632 using MAX ?

Hi, I have NI robotics starter kit 2.0 with sbRIO 09632. At the begining it works perfectly, right now I have the status LED flashes twice. The system State in MAX is : Connected - No software installed. I tried to reinstall the software in the target but the LabVIEW Real time hardware wizared didn't launch, it shows me "Time out while communicating with remote target. Ensure that the system is online". I tried also to format the target but when I swich the SAFE MODE ON and make reset, the target disconnect from the Remote Systems in MAX.

Please is there any one who can help me to solve this problem, Thank you.

I've solved the problem,

1-When launching on safe mode the adress should be static

2-After formating with MAX, reset to start in normal mode

3-To get a new adress IP, use the hardware setup wizard
