Hello Iskander,
you are right that you have 5 valid licenses purchased together with your LV PDS, but unfortunately this only applies for your local system and not for target system that run an executable. If you have enabled the webserver at startup in the ini of the executable, only one user can access the executable on the target system at a time, as the executable on the target has no idea about the number of available licenses.
Now the only way is to buy additional licenses for every machine that hosts the executable. See the following KB:
Afterwards one needs to activate these licenses through the license manager utility tool. To have this installed on the target machine you need to set up the appropriate settings in the installer tab of the application builder (Advanced >> Remote panel license support). this will install the license manager on the target machine as well.
