How use COM interface ?

I would like to use an USB driver which offers a COM interface ? I have only a .sys and .inf file.
What do I have to do ? Do I have to create C-code and call it from LABView ?

Use the Automation Open vi that is in your coomunication\activex palette.
From there you can browse to find the com interface that should have been
installed with your USB device.

Pierre,

This is correct if what you mean for a COM interface is an ActiveX interface. If not, and what you mean is a serial COM Port interface, then the .inf and .sys files had to have come with a DLL. (Make sure that you are showing all hidden files.) In LabVIEW, you will need to use the Call Library Function Node call to call into that DLL.
