How to use the "Exited" event of a Process in the Reg event callback function?

I would like to detect the event "Exited" when the process has been exited by using the "Reg event callback" function. However, when the process is exited, the event "Exited" was not triggered.

The source code is attached as below.

Please give me a better solution for this.
