How to turn off scroll bars in SubPanel

In LabView 2010F2, I have some SubPanel controls that insert the Front Panel of a VI that is larger than the SubPanel area. This makes Horizontal and/or Vertical Scroll bars appear.

Is there a way to turn off these scroll bars so they will not appear?

It applies to 2010 as well.

Go to the Front Panel of the VI that opens in the sub-panel.

Right-click on the scroll bar and select Scrollbar Horizontal and select Always OFF

Repeat the same step for Vertical Scroll bar.

Run the VI with the sub-panel and the srcollbars should be gone.
