I have two data sets. One from the DAQ system and another from the Ethernet cable.
Moreover sampling rate is different for the two data sets. DAQ samples at 1000hz and Data from network sends at 60hz. How can i join these two data with the same time stamp.
Is it possible to expand those 60hz data according to the 1000hz data and save it in one file with the time stamp.

You might be able to use the "Interpolate 1D.vi", Mathematics...Interpolation & Extrapolation pallet to interpolate your 60hz signal to the same timebase as the 1000hz signal.
