How to receive variable from MATLAB to LabVIEW to display it on chart?

Hello,

 

        I am using MATLAB to acquire data. After data processing it, i want to show it on real-time chart. Thats why i am using LabVIEW to plot real-time chart and using Math Interface Toolkit to call LabVIEW from MATLAB.

 

My question is how do i receive variable(s) from MATLAB to LabVIEW that i want to show on real-time chart?
