How to re-activate a license when the original pc does not work anymore

I activated the runtime license and the vision aquisition license on a PC, after 8 months, the PC stopped working, and we had to change it and copy the backup files to the new PC. We activated the licenses on the new PC; but now we get an activation message "this license was activated in another computer". How can i "erase" the original activation so this message stops showing up on the new PC.

Your best bet would be to contact NI and explain the situation, they are the only ones able to "reset" your license.
