How to perform Multithreading in Labview

Dear sir/madam, how to execute a matlab script with another function at the same time as the vi attached above? I am hoping for some guide. Thank you!

But i still haven't got the guidance from NI yet... i really hope to get the idea as i am trying to use for loop and while loop but still cannot get the desired answer...
