Hello,
I am creating a voltage logging system for collecting the voltage data during a device charging. I set up DAQ assistant as a continuse acquisition mode and the display will show the entire graph from 0s to the end time, which means the X-asix will be autoscaled. Now I just wonder how to modify my VI and add up the pause and continue buttons (not the start and stop buttons).
For example, if I set the logging duration time is 1 hour, and I pause after half of an hour for a while and continue it. The logging should start where I left off and finish the rest half hour.
I attach my VI file so everybody can see and help me to modify it.
Thanks very much!

1. Could you post the code in lv 2010?
2. would the acquisition continue while the logging is paused? or should it also be paused?
3. why do you want to pause your datalogging?
assuming: acquisition continues while data logging is paused,
4. when you said resume logging, do you mean continue logging fresh data? so you would lose the data acquired while the logging was paused.
or, have a memory of the data (say the remaining half an hour) which was acquired when logging was paused, and log that data once logging is resumed. (in this case, i do not see the reason to pause data logging in the first case)
if acquisition is also paused along with the data logging, would like to know the reaon again. it might be better to stop the acquisition and start it afresh
5. how long this pause could be?
