How to minimize a VI to the task bar upon calling it

I'm trying to find a way to automatically minimize a VI's front panel to the
Windows task bar after calling it from another VI. Thanks in advance for
your assistance.

Thanks, your link didn't work for me but if anyone goes to the NI Developer
Zone at http://zone.ni.com/devzone/devzoneweb.nsf/
and then search for Windows Utilities the second search match is the link to
the zip file with the llbs for the 32-bit Windows Utilities.
