How to make while loop to run for a certain time?

Dear All,

I would like to make a while loop to run for a certain period of time (few hundred miliseconds), after which it should stop. Can somebody give me an advice concerning this?
I apologize for the trivial question, but I´m at a very beginner stage of my LabView life.
