How to kill touch screen cursor in vi built for XP Pro?

I'm using a Win XP-Pro panel pc with integrated touchscreen as the user interface for my application.  Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the windows cursor in the built application?  It is confusing users since this is a touchscreen.

I don't think that LV has anything built-in to do this. You could use the windows API ShowCursor function.

It is also possible that the touch screen mouse software has a setting for hiding the cursor.

Also, note that even if it is confusing your users, it is not always good to remove the cursor. Depending on the accuracy of the touch screen and the size of density of your controls, you might prefer leaving a visual indication of exactly where the click was. You can load a smaller cursor through the Windows functions or by using the LV cursor VIs (in the Application Control palette, probably moved to the UI palette for 8.2).
