How to increase sound input sampling rates?

I have a soundcard in my PC that can sample at 96kHz.  The Labview sound input vi's however do not allow me to select a sampling rate greater than 44.1kHz.

I tried modifying the SI Configure VI to use 96kHz but when I ran my program I got an error about "a parameter was invalid".

Does anyone know how to get around these sampling rate defaults?

Thanks-

To my knowledge you LV doesn't support any sample rates over 44.1 KHz.  I also bought a 96KHz 24 bit soundcard to do speaker measurement with my VI's, and cannot use it with the built-in labview sound input routines.

If memory serves me right, the older LabView versions on the Mac supported 48KHz but that doesn't solve the problem either.

I've been hoping that LV8 allows 24/92 soundcards to be used to their full potential.
