How to get the window handle?

Hi,

I'm working programming video cards and I need to put an overlay over
the LabView Front Panel.

I'd like to put the overlay into an object, for example a picture
control or a button, but the function library needs the window handle of
the object.

The question is: Is it possible to get this handle from a LabView
function or any external library?
