How to get Variant Info programmatically?

Colleagues, very simple questions: How to get Variant Info (which is visible in the Variant control placed on the front panel) programmatically?

it should be simple solution, but I can't found it...

Yes, I know about \vi.lib\Utility\VariantDataType, but parsing whole structure is hell... Especially when I will have cluster in cluster, etc...

Any idea?

You should check out the OpenG Variant Configuration File VIs. They do all the hard work of parsing the variants.

Actually, it is the LabVIEW Data Tools  (oglib_lvdata) library that you probably want.
