How to generate a delayed pulse?

Hi,

I want to generate a pulse triggered by a counter. The counter part works well (see code attached). However,

the pulse generated either won't work or will work for about 1 second, depending on one line commented or not.

I checked that the wires were connected correctly and that ctr2 works properly with MAX.

Any ideas?
