How to extract data form read buffer of VISA read and plot it

Hi,

I'm trying to plot the current readings taken from Keithley 6485 Picoammeter wrt to time.Im not able to take the current readings stored in read buffer and plot it.Can someone please help me in fixing this.Attached is the code.

This is very, very basic.You should take some time to go through the tutorials. The way you read from VISA is the VISA Read function.

I'm pretty sure Keithley has a driver for your device. Why not download it and use it? It would make your life a lot easier.
