How to efficiently animate a side-view valve; 0' to 90' in 1' increments

I'm looking for advice on how to draw a cut-away view of a section of pipe, showing a throttle-plate style valve inside of it.  I want to animate the valve from 0' (closed) to 90' (wide-open) in 1' increments.  I'd like to do this without drawing 90 unique images for a picture control.

I'll have three of these on my front panel, so it has to be efficient.

Thanks in advance

Hello,

I've attached a picture control animation. Its probably not what you want (valve shape), but I hope it puts you in the right direction.

This functionality could be put into a subVI and have the angle as input parameter and a picture a s output to connector to a picture indicator on the front panel.

Regards,

André

BTW its in LV 8.2
