How to display negative numbers in a numerical indicator?

Hello,
I have set the data range of a numerical indicator from min= -100 and
max=0. First of all, the scale labels on the indicator does not change
correspondingly (remains the same as first created, from 0-10) and when
the number to be displayed is -50, it shows 0 in the old 0-10 scale.
Can negative numbers be displayed in the LV numerical indicators?
TIA

You need to change the labels on the scale using the text tool. You shouldn't have to change the data range. Give that a try and let us know if it doesn't work.

From the description, it sounds like you are trying
to use a slider. Anyway, as pointed out in another
post, you can just type into the scales to change
their setting. To programmatically modify the
scale settings, use a different property. The
one you are modifying affects the min and max value
that a user can enter into a control. It is useful
to limit the data range that can be entered. The
property y
ou are looking for is the Scale >> Range >>
Minimum, Max, etc.
