How to correct Contour Plot lines?

I am trying to use a contour plot to display a simple set of Z values per an XY grid.

Is there a property setting to display the info correctly or is this an issue with the contour plot lines themselves?

Attached is a sample VI with a set of data that shows the problem.  

Here is the data looking good in Excel.
