Look under the file menu for "Save with Options" the Development Distribution selection is probably your best best. Unless you want block diagrams removed then Application Distribution would be your selection. I would tend to create an new library with a single prompt for a new name. This is assuming your other computers have Labview installed as well (which is implied in your message). If none of the pre configured selections work you can choose "Custom Save" and pick and choose your options as the best fit your needs.
Also, the new computer has to have a licensed copy of LabVIEW, the DAQ hardware, the DAQ drivers (NI-DAQ, DAQmx), and if you've done anything in MAX to configure Global tasks, you have to export that and import it on the new computer.
