How to control a slow response control valve with PID toolkit

HI guys,

I am trying to contol the flow using a control valve, the response of control valve is too slow.

Once i run the code the valve is opening to 100% and getting high flow, by the time PID outs 0%. and valve is taking around 20 sec to come to zero position.

I cant able to control the flow..

pls help me out..

at first you should adapt the PID parameters to your control valve…

What have you tried so far?
