Hi James,

 

Ahh that's a nice way that you are doing it. I did try exactly the same as you have, but without the knowledge of interface cast I couldn't get it to work as the two bit-files, whilst the same functional code produced different references and the terminals wouldn't match. 

 

In the end I have done it like this. I am currently just putting the relevant bitfiles in the C drive on the RT target and then putting the path in the BitfileLocation.txt file. Its quite a nice method in that I can know update the FPGA code without having to produce a new version of the RT software.

 There is going to be a little bit of work to upload the bitfiles to the RT target and set up the .txt file but I'll try and finesse that in the future.
