How to call a Visual Basic Executable from LabVIEW?

Out of curiosity,  having not written the VB exec code how can I tell if it will take command-line arguments?  There must be a syntax I have to follow?

usually there will be some text in the command shell when you call the exe. Or it allows some standard parameters like "/?" or "-help"...
