How is it possible to specific your own, using string constant to locate a directory where the NEW
created folder to save at?

Don't use a string constant, use a path constant.

 

Now right-click it...browse for path... go to the desired folder and select current folder. (Or you could just type it it manually, with the danger of accidental typing errors, of course).

Place an empty path constant, then right-click it right in the middle....

tried.

cant work well...

path constant used, and specific the location where want the NEW folder to be created at. Fail

 

what more other parts i need touch up?

You can use both the ways....

String to Path

and path constant...String to path.jpg

There are very few situations where a string is appropriate to hold a path constant. Please don't suggest this!

Your VI will break as soon as you switch OS. Only a path data type is aware of the differences in delimiters.

 

ADXING:

 

I still don't know what the problem is that you are still having. A quick way to create a path constant would be to dight-clik on the existing path wire and select "create constant". Now right-click on it and browse for the path as described.
