I don't know what kind of colormap picture you want to get, but you can refer to labview examples ' color map.vi'. This example VI will show you how to plot colormap pictures by using 'OAT Spctral.vi'. After you finished plotting, you can export the colormap picture by right clicking the colormap picture at front panel. You can either export it to clipboard or to Excel.
