I have not looked for such a tutorial, but there is a lot of information on this very website.
This place has a whole bunch of them, but there are also videos and more.
This is also a good place to start.
In general this is what you can do:
1. use write to spreadsheet file functions and give the file the .xls extension
2. buy the office toolkit add-on for labview
3. get exotic and use "windows scripting" to control excel. Easier than it sounds.
