How do you use a wait function inside of a sequence structure

I am trying to run part of my program then have a rest time then continue running. How is this done most effectivly?

Create a subVI with the wait function inside. Add error cluster input and output to the subVI so you can wire it exactly where you want the wait. Such a subVI is included in one of the packages in the OpenG Toolkit. Go to OpenG.org for more information.
