How do you make the .NET Common Font Dialog come to the front?

How do you make the .NET Common Font Dialog come to the front? If you run the following vi.  you will notice the dialog will appear behind other windows sometimes.  I would like to avoid this.  -SS

There was a similar question asked a while ago on PrintDialog that should apply to this as well.
